In this role you will support marine construction and dredging operations and help deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard. Key responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with engineering, operations and site teams to keep work on track.
- Identify risks early and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Support planning, resourcing and progress monitoring for assigned scopes.
- Liaise with clients, vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and delivery.
- Prepare accurate reports, records and documentation for review and audit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar sr qc inspector role, ideally in the UAE or wider Gulf region.
- Valid UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Solid planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project demands.
