This role translates business strategy into tailored talent and culture priorities, therefore embedding the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle across local markets and regional functions. You will act as a strategic talent partner to senior stakeholders, owning org health, talent development, performance, learning, and employee experience while driving AI enablement initiatives across your domains. Consequently, your ability to bring central frameworks to life with business‑led, locally relevant execution directly builds strong, healthy organizations at talabat – a leading global delivery platform operating in 70+ countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture squads to embed the Talent & Culture agenda across local markets and regional functions.
- Act as a trusted talent partner to senior stakeholders, therefore translating business strategy into tailored talent and culture priorities for each function or domain.
- Drive end‑to‑end execution of the talent lifecycle across your areas of ownership, including talent development, performance, learning, employee experience, and org health.
- Bring central Talent & Culture strategies, frameworks, and programs to life in a way that is business‑led, locally relevant, and operationally strong.
- Stay close to the business, building strong relationships with leaders and teams across markets to diagnose issues and drive adoption.
- Own and monitor org health across your domains, using data and insights to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, then report back with clear action plans.
- Lead the deployment of AI enablement initiatives by rolling out learning, talent, and ways‑of‑working programs designed by the central team, helping teams adopt technology with confidence.
- Lead and coach a team of Talent Partner Managers and Coordinators, therefore creating a high‑performance team environment with consistent, scalable execution.
- Act as the voice of the business back to the central Talent & Culture team, sharing insights, feedback, and needs to continuously improve strategy and design.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and Culture enablement.
- Strong experience in a talent partnering or business partnering model, with proven track record of working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
- Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle and how to translate talent and culture strategy into measurable business impact.
- Experience driving initiatives across talent management, leadership development, learning, employee experience, culture, and org health.
- Highly data‑driven with strong analytical skills, therefore able to turn insights into action, decisions, and clear business narratives.
- Tech‑savvy and excited by innovation, with strong interest in or experience with AI‑enabled people practices, digital tools, and new ways of working.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility to partner effectively with senior leaders and challenge constructively.
- Proven people leadership experience, with ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment.
