SR FIELD ENGINEER Full-time

For construction Support section. NMDC Group is hiring a Sr Field Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE for its Construction Support section. The role provides senior engineering support to multi-discipline construction teams on offshore and onshore EPC projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide field engineering support to Construction Supervisors and Foremen across mechanical, structural and piping scopes.
• Review IFC drawings, isometrics, ITPs and method statements; resolve site queries with Engineering and Project Management.
• Issue and track field change requests (FCRs), site instructions and design clarifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE and Planning to deliver milestones and progress reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex installation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10–12 years of field engineering experience on oil & gas, LNG or marine EPC projects.
• Strong drawing interpretation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and spoken English; willing to work site rotations.
