Responsibilities of Spa Receptionist
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation.
- Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales.
- Deal with Spa guest and member queries.
- Manager booking system by booking and cancelling appointments.
- Provide advice on the facilities to guests and potential members.
- Issue robes, lockers and towels.
- Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance ag guest’s stay through up selling.
Requirements of Spa Receptionist
- High school diploma or certification in hopitality.
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience as Spa Receptionist in a reputed Spa.
- Experience in spa retail sales
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Multi-lingual i.e. Russian/ Arabic language would be a plus.
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
