Responsibilities of Social Studies Teacher

• Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students.
• Create and utilize appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater for different learning styles.
• Show written evidence of planning and preparation on request.
• Establish and maintain records of curriculum and year plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans etc.
• Assess, record and report on the school development, progress and attainment of students, use assessment to ensure the curriculum meets the individual student’s needs.

Job Requirements of Social Studies Teacher

• Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in the subject taught
• Certified teaching qualification as B.Ed. or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year experience teaching in the UAE is an added advantage.
• Experience of the CBSE Curriculum preferred.
