A Shawarma Cook at Galadari Brothers Group will be responsible to prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 6000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of Shawarma Cook
- Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all customers and satisfaction.
- Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to always assure a smooth service period.
Elgibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Shawarma Cook are as under:
- High School Diploma.
- At least 2 years of previous proven experience in Shawarma cutting and preparation.
- Flexibility to work in any location in UAE.
