Job Description
Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C is actively seeking dedicated and consistent individual to take on the role of Service Supervisor in Dubai. This job has recently been posted by company’s career page on 10 February 2024 and is now open for all aspiring candidates.
Responsibilities of Service Supervisor
- Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved.
- Directing the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations.
- Conducting field education training with field workforce.
- Maintaining customer quality assurance, emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials.
- Improving efficiencies, managing route schedules and callback rates.
- Providing technical support.
- Authorizing repair orders.
- Follow established procedural framework, Write weekly  reports with recommendations and feedback on work in progress or planned and any critical incidences to enhance the scope of work.
- Jobholder will carry out Trouble shooting of problems or replacing faulty parts in elevators and escalators.Â
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Service Supervisor are as under:
- High School  while a diploma / Vocational training in Electrical & Electronics would be an advantage.Â
- Minimum 7 years experience of which at least 4 years as a technician in elevator /escalator  field.Â
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Team work.
- UAE Experience & driving license are advantages.
- Good Inter-personal skills in English while Arabic  would be an advantage.Â
