Dulsco Group is hiring a Service Delivery Manager (Aviation) to oversee the delivery of outsourced aviation services and manpower solutions across airport operations in Dubai. The role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with client and aviation authority standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for aviation contracts, ensuring agreed SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
- Lead, schedule, and supervise deployed teams across airport operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and resolving escalations promptly.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity to optimise operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and aviation regulatory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment, HR, and operations teams to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in service delivery, operations, or account management, preferably within aviation, facilities, or manpower services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage large frontline teams.
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting.
- Knowledge of UAE aviation, health, and safety standards is an advantage.
