Senior Waiter/Waitress F&B Services Jumeirah Al Naseem

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Waiter / Waitress (Seasonal) – Food & Beverage in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The role holder plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. This position involves serving food and beverages with professionalism, managing guest queries and requests efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of Senior Waiter/Waitress

• Supervises effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides constant hands-on support.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B Service to all guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with Jumeirah standards.
• Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in relevant SOPs in the F&B Standards Manual.
• Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (upselling, guest recognition, resort knowledge).
• Informs Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guest after they first try to resolve.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu to answer questions the guests may have.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of F&B SOPs and ensure these are upheld at all times through constant observation and coaching.

Requirements of Senior Waiter/Waitress

The requirements for the job role of Senior Waiter/Waitress are as under:

• High school diploma or equivalent or certification in hospitality.
• Two years of restaurant experience in a 5 star hotel
