Senior Waiter/ess F&B Service Jumeirah Al Naseem

Jumeirah Al Naseem is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Senior Waiter/ess. The selected candidate is responsible for providing exceptional dining service, managing guest interactions, and overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant floor.

Responsibilities of Senior Waiter/ess

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervises effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides constant hands-on support.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B Service to all guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with Jumeirah standards.
• Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in relevant SOPs in the F&B Standards Manual.
• Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (upselling, guest recognition, resort knowledge)
• Informs Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guest after they first try to resolve.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu to answer questions the guests may have.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of F&B SOPs and ensure these are upheld at all times through constant observation and coaching.

Requirements of Senior Waiter/ess

• Minimum High School.
• Two years of restaurant experience in a 5-star hotel.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
