Work with all members of products, marketing and communication department or any other SIB departments to visualize convey a particular message, idea or concept. Rely on my knowledge and proficiency with current design programs to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, websites, films, packaging and other mediums.
Key Accountabilities
- Conceptualize & Develop visual campaigns for both BTL & ATL
- Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Managing product manager proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
- Understand the brief from marketing and product teams and transform them to tangible designs
- Create end to end project plan & launch marketing campaign
- Participate and brainstorm in creative meetings to understand requirements and advise with creative ideas
- Develop game changing and innovate designs for digital marketing, emailers and illustrations as well as support any advertising / brand initiatives
- Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from enquiry to delivery
- Well versed with social media and marketing
- Manage and update Retail products and services on all platforms (website, RBG Gate, Onlane, QMS, ATM Vynamic Marketing etc)
Campaign Project Management
- Own campaigns from brief to execution to reporting:
- Understand business/product objectives
- Translate into clear marketing briefs
- Develop detailed campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders:
- Product teams
- Compliance / Legal / Sharia
- Digital / IT teams
- Customer experience / CRM
- Manage external stakeholders:
- Creative agencies
- Media agencies
- Production vendors
Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across key channels:
- Social Media (paid & organic)
- Email Marketing (EDMs)
- SMS & Push Notifications
- Display & Programmatic Ads
- Search (SEO & SEM)
- Manage always-on and campaign-based digital activities to drive:
- Customer acquisition
- Engagement
- Product awareness
- Coordinate content development including:
- Ad copies
- Visual assets
- Landing pages
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice across all digital platforms
- Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data and insights
Budget & Vendor Management
- Assist in campaign budget planning and allocation
- Track and manage campaign spends to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies on:
- Deliverables
- Timelines
- Costs
- Working with retail product managers, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print Production and timescales
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
- Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final layouts for errors and suggesting improvements if required before printing or publishing
- Work as part of a team
Consumer Protection
Ensure compliance with consumer protection standards including treating customers fairly, providing accurate information about products or services, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries, complaints, and feedbacks, protecting customer data, identifying and reporting any suspicious or fraudulent activities, continuously improving customer service and keeping abreast of regulatory expectations and SIB Conduct Risk Framework and associated procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor: Marketing, Media & Communication
- Minimum Experience – 4- 5 years in the same role and industry
- Computers/ Systems / Software Skills – MS Office – Expert
- Languages – English & Arabic
