Role of Senior Manager
- Identify and prioritize key social issues relevant to the organization’s business and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, and advocacy groups to enhance the organization’s social impact.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that align with social impact goals.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility and volunteerism within the organization.
- Impact Measurement and Reporting.
- Prepare regular reports on social performance and communicate results internally and externally.
- Participate in the preparation and publication of ESG reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with communication teams to effectively communicate ESG performance to stakeholders.
Requirements of Senior Manager
- Academic qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in sustainability, business, law, or related fields.
- Preffered: Advanced degree in social sciences, sustainability, business, or a related field.
- Minimum:6-8 years of experience in ESG, governance, social impact, corporate social responsibility or related fields.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing social impact.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Deep understanding of social issues, community development, and stakeholder engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align ESG goals with overall business objectives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent writing & presentation skills.
