Job Description

Senior Manager Total Rewards at Tabreed will be responsible for the development/management of reward segment with a competitive reward structure in order to motivate employees and support achievement of Tabreed goals in compliance with the governmental labor law. Execute the formulation of reward recognition and benefits strategies aligned to the business needs, policy and procedures and budget. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-40000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Manager Total Rewards

  • HR Policy Manual:
  • Develop, maintain and uphold corporate HR policies, procedures in order to achieve the business goals and ensure organizational growth.
  • Ensure that all policies and Manuals are up to date and available to employees/Management and update the policies based on gaining insight into employee experiences.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Implement the job evaluation & grading system. As per guidance from VP HR and management, set up the strategies of the compensation & benefit function by developing and maintaining appropriate reward structure and benefits programs for the employees.
  • Administer the payroll accurately and coordinate with Finance department to process monthly payroll in a timely manner.
  • Bonus & Incentive Schemes:
  • Develop and implement market aligned bonus schemes to ensure employees are rewarded based on their performance effectively.
  • Conduct annual salary reviews and proposals for management approval
  • Design and develop incentive plans for different functions as required.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design the policy for the employee performance management system to ensure it is implemented effectively across the Company & its subsidiaries in order to improve staff performance and identify adequate talent development opportunities
  • Organization Development:
  • Develop and implement OD interventions such as organization structure, job descriptions, and HR Processes to improve organizational efficiency and HR effectiveness.
  • HR Operations:
  • Manager all HR transactions and administration, supporting the VP HR. This will include the following; payroll, employee data maintenance, Disciplinary actions, Resignations & Terminations and reporting HR operations related activities to the VP HR.
  • Policies & Procedures
  • Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Team Development:
  • Ensure the effective achievement of the team functional objectives, managing performance. Developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – to maximize the subordinate and departmental performance.

Requirements for Role of Senior Manager Total Rewards

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Master in Business Administration (MBA) with major in Human Resources or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the Performance & Rewards function preferably in a similar industry.
  • 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
