Senior Manager, Reward Dubai United Arab Emirates Full-time

This role supports the design, benchmarking, implementation, and governance of group‑wide reward programs while acting as a Reward Business Partner for designated Majid Al Futtaim Properties business units. You will conduct regular market benchmarking and internal equity analysis, therefore maintaining competitive and fair compensation practices across a large, matrixed organisation. Consequently, your data‑driven dashboards, job evaluation expertise, and incentive program design will directly enable seamless day‑to‑day reward operations and strategic alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Reward Director to design, review, and enhance group‑wide compensation programs, therefore ensuring alignment with business strategy and organisational design.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair reward practices across all business units.
• Ensure compliance of all compensation programs with UAE labor laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
• Provide strategic and tactical reward guidance to designated business units, enabling annual compensation reviews, budgeting, and incentive planning.
• Develop and deliver data‑driven dashboards, tools, and insights to support informed decision‑making and continuous program improvement.
• Lead capability‑building initiatives, including workshops and toolkits, to embed compensation knowledge across HR and business leaders.
• Apply strong foundation in compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking to drive reward program effectiveness.
• Utilise SAP or similar HRIS systems for reward data management, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a numerate or business‑related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in reward or total compensation, ideally in large, matrixed organisations, with demonstrable focus on program design, policy development, and process management.
• Strong foundation in compensation principles, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and incentive programs.
• Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with HR and business leaders.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar HRIS systems for compensation data management and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop data‑driven dashboards and tools for decision support.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory frameworks related to compensation and benefits.
• Experience leading capability‑building initiatives (workshops, toolkits) to upskill HR and business teams.
