Senior Manager Business Solutions at Etihad Airways in Ahmed Jumaa Al Za-aabee Building, Al Sharqi Street, opposite Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre, Al Danah, Zone 1, Abu Dhabi, UAE will support the digitalization of the cargo business through oversight of the cargo business system, through effective and onetime updates in line with industry best practices and ensuring users are trained and supported through the 1st level help desk support teams. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Manager Business Solutions

• Leadership responsibility of monitoring cargo systems compliance team.
• System trainings and on job support planned in advance and linked to a published training plan.
• Introduce major functionality changes in process and system to support EASC’s ambition of being a best in class service provider.
• Conduct TNA and ensure staff are train to fulfill their job roles effectively and efficiently. Imparting skills. And knowledge through designing, implementing and reviewing system training requirements.
• Ensure that the cargo system is keep up to date with the latest operating version and with all functionalities enabled & deployed in production.
• Support evaluation of business opportunities by leveraging the data in the business system and working with the relevant data reporting & commercial teams.
• Continually seek ways to enhance levels of service through technology. Identify and implement optimization for existing and proposed technologie.
• Implement agreed solutions from airline handling enhancement initiatives/ projects that automate and integrate industry best practices for handling cargo. Explore new process options for EAS through Cargo systems.
• Identify the impact on newly implemented process. Gap analysis on existing process.

Requirements for Role of Senior Manager Business Solutions

• Degree/Diploma in appropriate business qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Good PowerPoint & Excel skills.
