Job Description

Senior Manager Business Excellence & Transformation at DAMAC Group will lead a diverse portfolio of Business Process Change projects, from conception to completion. Candidate will cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders and third-party consultants to ensure alignment of objectives and drive project progress and accountability. Also spearhead the deployment and adoption of Business Excellence framework to drive continuous improvement & ensure the realization of benefits from various initiatives.

Responsibilities of Senior Manager Business Excellence & Transformation

  • Define and scope continuous improvement and business process transformation programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive business process mapping exercises and contribute to re-engineering projects across departments and functions.
  • Develop and maintain crucial business process documentation, including policies, process maps and quality frameworks.
  • Utilize BPM systems like ARIS to monitor changes and provide timely updates to business process library.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency and drive adoption.
  • Contribute to transformation projects, including project management and staff training.
  • Provide transparent and timely updates on activities and performance.
  • Mentor and manage direct reports, providing supervision, guidance and performance feedback.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with company and functional governance requirements.

Requirements for Role of Senior Manager Business Excellence & Transformation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in function, region, or industry.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Six-Sigma Black Belt.
  • Expertise in Business Process Management with regional experience.
  • Proficiency in business process management software tools, methodologies and best practices, particularly experience with ARIS.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion while meeting scope, budget and timeline requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative problem-solving approach.
