Senior Coordinator Talent Acquisition at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities in relation to the recruitment of new staff and will act as first point of contact for applicant and candidate queries. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Senior Coordinator Talent Acquisition
- Provide client relationship management services to Hiring Managers to ensure knowledge of best practice recruitment is understood and accomplished.
- Coordinate end to end recruitment for vacancies within the designated portfolio, ensuring high level candidates are sourced and managed through the recruitment process.
- Conduct candidate interviews via telephone, video or in person alongside Hiring Managers and other employees.
- Search and source candidates through viable channels to ensure strong vacancy pools are maintain.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring all candidates, requisitions and postings is process effectively within appropriate time frames.
- Schedule the necessary interviews/assessments with candidates and Hiring managers.
- Manage all recruitment administration including offer letters, reference checks, security clearance coordination and other required administration duties.
- Support the Specialists Recruitment to ensure recruitment activity is coordinate effectively.
- Maintain reports and communication ensuring senior staff is update with the status of vacancies.
- Assist with long term and ad hoc projects as required by the Senior Manager Recruitment and Specialists Recruitment.
Requirements for Role of Senior Coordinator Talent Acquisition
- University Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment either in (agency or in-house).
- Broad knowledge and experience in Human Resources and aviation.
- Experience in database integration / internet technology and familiarity with e-Recruitment solutions like Taleo.

- Above average skills in communication in both negotiations and promoting a brand plus written and verbal communication skills in English.
