Job Description
Senior Associate Partnerships at Chalhoub Group will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end process of establishing and nurturing partnerships that support national initiatives. Candidate will focus on fostering lasting relationships with government and ministry representatives, creating impactful agreements that benefit all stakeholders involved. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Senior Associate Partnerships
- Building and strengthening connections with government institutions and ministries across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, including universities and other educational institutions.
- Collaborating with internal departments such as Legal and Finance to ensure all contracts are drafted and executed accurately.
- Leading and managing government partnership projects, including a planned initiative to launch and promote a group gift card for government clients next year.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with the Partnerships team and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Preparing and delivering presentation decks tailored to government and corporate client needs, aligned with their strategic objectives.
- Developing detailed reports (e.g., actual vs. budget, quarterly forecasts) to monitor the performance of partnership deals, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Working closely with Chalhoub University to integrate partnerships into training materials and ensuring all relevant information is shared with the team.
- Managing relationships with participating brands, effectively pitching and selling innovative partnership ideas that support long-term growth.
- Providing clear and consistent updates on projects to ensure all stakeholders are align and engage.
Requirements for Role of Senior Associate Partnerships
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in government relations or partnership management.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong connections with government entities and proven experience in managing government relations and partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with proficiency in presentations and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations with patience and resilience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Arabic.
- A collaborative spirit and adaptability to work effectively with diverse groups and foster a culture of teamwork.
