Senior Analyst Strategy Talabat Dubai

Talabat is currently looking for a Senior Analyst Strategy to analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with a particular focus on financial performance/ P&L. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Senior Analyst Strategy

• Develop and refine the subscription business strategy, and create business cases for pricing and value proposition optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
• Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to execute subscription strategies effectively.
• Collaborate on product development, marketing campaigns, and operational enhancements to drive program success.
• Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand subscriber behavior, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and increase retention rates.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of subscription products and initiatives.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.
• Support the development of annual and long-term business plans for the subscription business segment.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Work under fast-paced conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Senior Analyst Strategy are as under:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries.
• Past experience in a subscription-focused business is a plus.
• Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.
• Experience working closely with teams across the organization, including Operations, Marketing, Technology.

Skills Desired

• Strong finance acumen, experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and business impact analysis is a MUST HAVE
• Expertise with data tools: Big Query, SQL, Looker, etc. is a MUST HAVE
• Strong track record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
