Job Description

Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified candidate for the position of a Security Operations Centre DPS Services Administrator in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible to follow process to maintain DPS licensing for all TGSS staff. Liaising closely with TGSS management and the relevant external agencies to ensure smooth running of operation.

Duties of Security Operations Centre DPS Services Administrator

  • Liaise directly with SOC manager to ensure that work is met on a daily basis.
  • Essential to have good knowledge and should e high level of accuracy.
  • Meet deadlines of requirement.
  • Collate and input all the staff documents and processing DPS.
  • Ensure to do the payment and collect the cards.
  • Provide the accurate details to finance against the cash received for DPS licensing process.
  • Submit weekly reports to the SOC manager regarding the TGSS current DPS licensing status.
  • Comply with the Company Rules and Regulations.
  • Ensure there is no duplication in staff DPS license or good conduct certificates.
  • Monitor the staff DPS license expiry updates and notify CMT at least one month before.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Security Operations Centre DPS Services Administrator are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field,
  • 6 months to 1 year in a similar position in the same Industry.
