Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed Secondary ICT Teacher for Aug 2024. The selected candidate is responsible to planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Job Requirements of Secondary ICT Teacher

• Applicants must be fluent English speakers, hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of teaching in schools that follow the National Curriculum of England.
• Experience of current UK initiatives and developments in ICT.
• Confidence in using IT to motivate and extend students’ learning experiences.
• Experience in using data from internal assessments and standardized tests and external assessments to track student progress.
• Experience in teaching EAL students is essential.
• GCSE experience is desirable but not essential.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Excellent subject knowledge of the National Curriculum of England.
• Strong classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge.
• The capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st century learning environments and innovation skills.
• Confidence in using IT to motivate and extend students’ learning.
