Sunmarke School in Dubai is looking for a Secondary EAL and ELL Teacher to support English language learners across the secondary school. The successful candidate will help students develop the academic English skills needed for examination success.

Key Responsibilities for Secondary EAL and ELL Teacher at Sunmarke School Dubai

• Deliver EAL/ELL support to secondary students
• Support subject teachers with differentiation for EAL learners
• Assess and track student language development
• Develop targeted intervention programmes
• Prepare students for English language proficiency requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics, TESOL or Education
• PGCE, QTS, CELTA or DELTA qualification
• Minimum 2 years of secondary EAL teaching experience
• Understanding of academic language demands across subjects
