Seating & Cabin Interiors Technicians Adecco Dubai

Adecco Middle East is hiring Seating & Cabin Interiors Technicians for one of their reputed clients based in Dubai. Candidates who has Aviation or Automobile industry experience can apply. This is an associate level contract based job.

Responsibilities of Seating & Cabin Interiors Technicians

• Perform major & minor assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, testing & disposition of various types of components & accessories installed on premium seating & cabin interiors.
• Bonding of upholstery on seating components.
• Read technical drawings and data to determine the sequence of operations and ensure that work is performed according to appropriate specifications.
• Completion of work packs and documentation accurately.
• Strong focus on attention to detail in meeting customer cosmetic guidelines.
• Follow quality procedures and standards.
• Comply with all rules and regulations of company , including, but not limited to Environmental Health, Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance and HR.
• Complete assigned tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
• Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.

Requirements of Seating & Cabin Interiors Technicians

• Diploma holder.
• Experience working with upholstery and laminates.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in seating is required.
• Candidate who has above experience in India can apply for this role.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Ability to utilize computer systems (MS Office, Etc.) to input & retrieve information.
• Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.
• The ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.

Working Conditions

• 100% of time spent on production floor with occasional loud noise, requiring safety glasses.
• Constant daily exposure to adhesive and solvent vapors.
• Constant daily pushing and pulling of material.
• Ability to reach, step, bend, stoop and twist frequently.
• Lifting of materials weighing up to 24 pounds
• May work at floor level.
