School Driver – Immediate Hire Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates Full-time

This role provides safe, professional, and timely transportation for the Director of Education, therefore ensuring that senior leadership can focus on strategic priorities without logistical concerns. You will also deliver important documents to required destinations, maintain strict confidentiality, and represent Taaleem’s professional image at all times. Consequently, your familiarity with Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and executive driving etiquette will directly support the smooth operation of the organisation’s leadership functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Taaleem‑provided vehicle in a safe and professional manner, therefore ensuring the security and comfort of the Director of Education and other passengers.
• Pick up or drop off the Director of Education according to the daily schedule, adapting to last‑minute changes with flexibility and discretion.
• Deliver important documents to required destinations, ensuring all deliveries are signed and received by the correct recipient.
• Chart the best possible route in advance to save time and avoid traffic congestion, using navigation tools and local knowledge.
• Perform preventative and regular maintenance checks on the vehicle, including fluid levels, tyre pressure, and cleanliness, then report any issues promptly.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle before first use, maintain accurate mileage logs, and adhere to the Taaleem Company Transportation Policy at all times.
• Present a professional, courteous image as a representative of Taaleem, therefore dressing smartly, being punctual, and maintaining a non‑smoking policy.
• Remain fully aware of and comply with UAE traffic regulations, speed limits, and safe driving practices.

Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or good general education appropriate to the post.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an executive driver for senior leadership.
• Valid UAE driving license (essential).
• Strong familiarity with UAE roads, especially Dubai routes, traffic patterns, and the most efficient travel routes.
• Excellent driving skills, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with executives and sensitive information.
• Clean, smartly presented, and a non‑smoker.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, based on the Director of Education’s schedule.
• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
