Regent International School in Dubai is seeking a qualified School Counsellor to support student wellbeing, mental health and pastoral care across the school. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, supportive and nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities for School Counsellor at Regent International School Dubai
- Provide individual and group counselling to students
- Support students experiencing emotional, social or behavioural difficulties
- Develop and deliver wellbeing programmes and PSHE sessions
- Liaise with parents, teachers and external agencies regarding student welfare
- Manage referrals to external counselling and support services
- Contribute to the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology or School Counselling
- Professional counselling certification or licensure
- Minimum 3 years of school counselling experience
- Experience with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 14,000 – 20,000 per month
