Grand Optics (part of Aster DM Healthcare) is hiring a Sales Promoter for its Galeries Lafayette boutique in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a premium retail experience, promoting branded eyewear, sunglasses, and contact lenses, and meeting in-store sales targets at one of the UAE’s most prestigious shopping destinations.
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, understand their style and vision needs, and recommend suitable eyewear products.
- Promote ongoing offers, new collections, and premium brands stocked at the Galeries Lafayette boutique.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store manager.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays remain neat, branded, and well-stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programmes, and after-sales service.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in optical, fashion, cosmetics, or luxury accessories in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic, Russian, or other European languages are a plus given the Galeries Lafayette clientele.
- Customer-first attitude with a passion for fashion and eyewear.
- Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and target-driven.
