Sales Manager In Alpha Health Group Dubai Full-time

This role leads the full sales cycle for cutting-edge medical equipment across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies in Dubai—from identifying new business opportunities and presenting product demonstrations to negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will recruit, train, and mentor a sales team, set performance goals, and foster a culture of accountability while personally managing key client relationships with healthcare decision-makers. The position requires deep technical product knowledge, market analysis, and active participation in trade shows and industry events to drive growth for AlphaHealth’s diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies, then develop new business opportunities through strategic targeting and relationship building.
• Present and demonstrate the value of medical products or services to clients, ensuring they understand how each solution meets their clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and efficient time management, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and inquiries.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular evaluations to ensure team success.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s medical products, technical specifications, and competitive advantages, while staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, then report on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management regularly.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, and attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote AlphaHealth’s brand.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Medical or Life Sciences degree preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in medical device sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical medical product details.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with full willingness to adapt to business needs from time to time.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Proven experience recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives with the ability to set and evaluate performance goals.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and contribute to sales strategy and marketing plans.
