Sales Head (P&L + Sales + Partner Ecosystem + AI Security Ownership) UAE
Role Summary:
The Sales Head will own the full P&L, sales function, and strategic partner ecosystem orchestration across Data & AI OEMs, ISVs, hyperscalers, and AI security partners. This leader will anchor high‑level CXO engagement, drive the overall AI business plan, GTM execution, marketplace revenue, and transformational pursuits.
Expanded Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L for the entire Data, AI, and ISV business, ensuring predictable revenue growth and optimized profitability.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales charter, including coverage, forecasting, pipeline governance, and execution discipline.
- Build and nurture key partner CXO relationships across ISVs, Data & AI vendors, hyperscalers, and strategic alliances.
- Drive Data & AI vendor relationship management, ensuring alignment on GTM motions, MDF utilization, partner incentives, and co‑sell acceleration.
- Own hyperscaler relationships, driving marketplace transactions, partner monetization, and workload migration motions.
- Fully own AI Security business plan, services portfolio, partner alignment, and field execution across sales, presales, delivery, and marketing.
- Guide marketplace strategy and orchestration, enabling seamless listing, packaging, and monetization of ISV + AI solutions.
- Support and personally lead large transformational pursuits, ensuring differentiated value proposition and multi‑partner orchestration.
- Collaborate with Marketing to shape and execute integrated GTM campaigns, events, and pipeline‑building programs.

Responsibilities

- Drive partner ecosystem growth (AWS, Azure, GCP) including co-sell, MDF, and joint GTM motions.
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships across hyperscalers, ISVs, OEMs, and strategic partners.
- Lead enterprise sales strategy including forecasting, pipeline management, and execution governance.
- Own full P&L for Data, AI, and ISV business, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
