Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide expert guidance on selection of premium and specialty items.
  • Share knowledge about various meats, preparation methods, and recipe ideas.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and need cash handling and POS operation.
  • Accurately process customer transactions using our POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit card payments, and electronic transactions.
  • Ensure the balancing of cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with professionalism and adherence to store policies.
  • Ensure that the cash register and related equipment are in working order and report any issues to management product knowledge.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, including meat cuts, sources, and preparation techniques.
  • Stay informed about current specials, promotions, and seasonal items.
  • Continuously update your knowledge to provide the best customer service.
  • Identifying and targeting potential customers or leads interested in t products or services.
  • Actively engage customers to promote sales and cross-sell complementary products.
  • Inform customers about loyalty program, special packages, and upcoming events.
  • Encourage customers to explore new or seasonal offerings sales reporting.
  • Keeping detailed records of sales activities, performance, and results for analysis and decision-making.
  • Predicting future sales and revenue based on historical data, market trends, and other factors communication and automation.
  • Managing and tracking all customer interactions, to provide a holistic view of the customer relationship.
  • Utilizing CRM software to automate tasks, such as sending follow-up emails or calls, and managing customer communication inventory management.
  • Assist in monitoring and replenishing inventory to ensure there is proper stock rotation to minimize waste and product loss.

Requirements of Sales Executive

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, sales, marketing or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in similar role.
