Job Description
NAFFCO is the leading manufacturers & suppliers of fire protection systems, fire fighting equipment, safety & security systems in multiple countries. Presently they has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Sales Coordinator in PX9M+V56, Al Hail, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-4000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator
- Coordinating sales activities and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to the management team.
- Managing inventory and ensuring timely product delivery to customers.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements for Role of Sales Coordinator
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
