Sales Coordinator NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the job role of Sales Coordinator in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-3500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator

• Make quotation, follow up internally.
• Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation are obtained.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to coordinate export activities and meet customer requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments.

Requirements for Role of Sales Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in the export industry, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
