Sales Consultant | Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO Sharjah, AE Full-time

This role drives profitable truck sales across the UAE by proactively prospecting customers within an assigned territory and recommending the most suitable light, medium, or heavy‑duty HINO truck solutions. You will conduct field visits, arrange test drives, explain warranties and aftersales services, then prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure deposits. The position operates within Al‑Futtaim’s HINO Trucks Division, where your ability to close high‑value B2B deals directly impacts volume, margin, and long‑term account retention across logistics, construction, transport, and distribution industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability and gross margin for HINO trucks across the UAE.
• Actively prospect and manage customers within an assigned sales territory. Conduct regular field visits to identify needs and build long‑term relationships.
• Understand customer operations, then recommend the most suitable light, medium, or heavy‑duty truck solutions from the HINO range.
• Present, demonstrate, and arrange test drives for HINO trucks. Explain vehicle features, warranties, aftersales services, and financing options.
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, secure deposits, and complete all sales documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and long‑term account retention by ensuring timely follow‑ups and post‑sale support.
• Attend all sales meetings, product training sessions, and refresher courses to stay current on product developments and market trends.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management. Ensure customer payments and overdue balances remain within agreed targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial vehicle sales within a dealership environment.
• Mandatory experience selling light, medium, and heavy‑duty trucks in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B fleet or project‑based truck sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience handling high‑value transactions and long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Valid UAE driving license is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of pricing, margins, discounts, and deal structuring.
