The Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Abbott Laboratories will support the regional sales and marketing team within the Diagnostics division. Key Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Abbott Laboratories Dubai

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining all marketing documentation including brochures, product materials, and compliance forms
• Manage the marketing approval cycle through multiple internal systems and compliance workflows
• Support vendor creation, maintenance, and communication with external suppliers
• Track invoices, ensure timely processing, and follow up on payments with procurement and finance teams
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, workshops, webinars, exhibitions, and customer activities across the region
• Maintain accurate documentation for regional marketing activities in alignment with regulatory standards
• Support the sales team with order tracking, customer documentation, and sales-related files
• Liaise internally between Sales, Operations, Logistics, Regulatory, and Finance departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
• UAE National candidates only (Emiratisation program)
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
