S/4 HANA Finance Lead Modern Pharmaceutical LLC Dubai

The S/4 HANA Finance Lead at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC in Sheikha Mariam Bldg, Al Maktoum Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, optimizing, and digitizing business processes across their organization. This role involves mapping processes using tools like Signavio and leading the business implementation of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management and ERP implementation, particularly in the healthcare sector. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of S/4 HANA Finance Lead

• Business Process Management and Optimization: Conduct workshops with SMEs across the business and technology teams to define to-be processes and controls.
• Work closely with functional subject matter experts to complete end-to-end process mapping/modelling of as-is business processes in BPMN (Signavio familiarity will be preferable)
• Perform process diagnostics and analysis for end-to-end processes, including their upstream and downstream impacts.
• Identify improvement opportunities that meet stakeholders’ needs by analyzing process performance, variation, conformance, bottlenecks, pain points, and root causes.
• Use problem-solving techniques like “what if” analysis and scenario modelling to create simulation data or process models.
• Facilitate problem-framing exercises for complex business challenges, involving senior stakeholders in discussions, creating and testing hypotheses, and summarizing complex analyses. Assist decision-makers in identifying strategic levers and making informed decisions.
• Deliver executive-level presentations with clear links to relevant data, performance measures, and business levers.
• Develop detailed plans for monitoring the benefits obtained from process improvements. This involves tracking and reporting key metrics and keeping stakeholders informed through Steer Co forums and other channels.
• Digitization and Automation:
• Serve as the finance lead for the implementation of SAP S4HANA.
• Coordinate the Fit to Standard workshops from business side to ensure business needs and risks are adequately identified and addressed in the agreed process versions
• Identify additional and relevant digitization and automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement any other necessary digital tools and technologies to streamline S4 HANA interconnected processes
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.

Requirements for Role of S/4 HANA Finance Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, IT or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
