This full-time Room Attendant role at the brand-new Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall Avenue (right behind Mall of the Emirates, 370 rooms) is the best entry-level housekeeping ticket in Al Barsha right now – you’ll clean 16–18 rooms per shift to Hilton’s famous crisp standard in a fresh, modern property opening Q1 2026. Pay is AED 2,200 basic + AED 2,500–4,000 service charge = AED 4,700–6,200/month tax-free + shared accommodation, transport, annual flight, medical, duty meals, 30 days leave, Hilton worldwide staff rates. 6-day week, 8-hour shifts. Job Title

Room Attendant – Housekeeping

Responsibilities

  • Clean & turn around 16–18 rooms daily to Hilton standard.
  • Make perfect beds, sparkle bathrooms, vacuum, dust.
  • Replenish amenities, towels, minibars.
  • Report maintenance & lost-and-found instantly.
  • Keep trolley & pantry organised.
  • Deliver extra items to guests fast.
  • Follow all Hilton CleanStay & hygiene rules.

Requirements

Education

High school or equivalent.

Experience

1 year expereince in hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not essential – attitude beats experience.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in UAE (visa sponsored).
  • Basic spoken English.

Skills

  • Fast & thorough cleaning.
  • Eye for detail – nothing missed.
  • Physically fit – push heavy trolley all day.
  • Friendly with guests when seen.

Knowledge

  • Basic hygiene & chemical safety.
  • Bed-making & bathroom cleaning standards.
