Retail PRO ENOC Dubai

The role of Retail PRO at Emirates National Oil Company is to administer and execute all transactions related to Government activities for Retail Operations with coordinating between the govt. departments / offices, ensure smooth flow of documents and implement policies, process for clearances of documents for sites, accommodation. Mange clearance of passport issues of retail staff with government entities, police matters. Ensure all government declaration for accommodation / sites contract attestations etc as per regularities and efficient delivery of all Government related services for retail operations.

• Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities within an assigned area to meet all section and team objectives.
• Provide inputs to enable the Section Manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the section to report progress on compliance with SLA’s.
• Generate monthly statistics and reports from government systems to ensure compliance within KPI.
• Manage the PRO tasks for Government related requirement related to Retail operation.
• Ensure all runaway cases, complains were reported to police & to other Government bodies & solved.
• Liaise with Dubai courts and the Company legal department including liaison with regulatory bodies such as police, to resolve retail site criminal incident cases.
• Keep abreast of new laws, statutes and government decrees and new procedures, relevant to the business of the company and keeps ENOC Group updated for taking decisions.
• Manage collection to cash/cheque from customers, sites & accommodations, and deposit internal & external government bodies when it required.
• Responsible to reconcile cash relevant department.
• Liaise with Government entities public relations department and other stakeholders such as DAFZA and JA free zone entities for trade license renewal.

What You Will Do More

• Accountable in maintaining accurate records for services, trade license all government certifications.
• Ensure all official documents for sites & accommodation are attested/verified as per government regularities.
• Report to Management any deviations from Company policy, process, procedure, or ethical standards observed which could jeopardize the Company’s interests.
• Comply with the requirements of the Integrated Enterprise Risk Management System relevant to domain risks.
• Implement measures to mitigate all identified risks from department perspective.
• Develop own professional expertise by on-the- Job and formal training & developing networking and contacts within all government regularities offices.
• May be required to work and/pr be on call after normal duty hours, which may include weekends or holidays.
• Attend periodic command and/or civic related social functions, incident on site level & retail accommodations and related events after normal duty hours.

• Good Administration skills, Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, good computer skills for the job.
• Strong writing skills and experience developing speeches, executive letters invitations publications.
• Established relationships with relevant government officials, community, media leaders.
• Ability to influence without authorities.
• Ability to understand assimilate and commentate complex issues quickly.
• Familiarity and interest in issues related to energy, energy transition, environment, citizenship, and government relation.
