Retail Operations Coordinator at Zimmermann (Brand linked to Chalhoub Group) in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE will be responsible for developing, maintaining and upholding ZIMMERMANN business policies for the Middle East retail network in line with business directives. Provide store teams with the necessary tools, processes, training and support required to achieve sales budgets. Provide comprehensive support to the retail stores and teams to achieve stores’ sales targets. Support the execution of an exceptional client experience through detailed management of retail operational efficiencies. Identify opportunities that support business growth in the region and implement strategies that meet and exceed all retail KPIs. Evaluate existing Policies and Procedures (P&P) and ensure these promote consistency, productivity and performance, and are in accordance with market legislation. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Retail Operations Coordinator
- P&P are create in accordance with the business needs, are 100% accurate and are always up to date.
- Daily and weekly reports are prepare accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administrative tasks and reports are complete accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Weekly reports on clients’ details enter into the database are check and report to the stores and the retail team.
- Stores’ client database is manage in line with business expectations.
- Stores acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database accurately ensuring full compliance with local legislation (e.g., GDPR).
- Clients are contact in compliance with local legislation (e.g., GDPR).
- Retail budgets are prepare accurately and in a timely manner.
- Retail operations costs are control according to budget.
- Stores’ sales targets are achieve.
- Packaging and stationery budgets are prepare and managed according to the stores’ needs.
- Packaging stock take is conduct monthly.
- Stores retail activities are manage in line with needs of business.
- Retail projects are prepare with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Store opening checklist is prepare and maintain with accuracy.
- Communication with the team is conduct in a professional and timely manner.
- Launches, VIP Events, VIP Sale Preview and In-Store Events are communicate to the stores in a timely manner.
- Stores’ WHS is compliant with local legislation.
- Administrative tasks and reports are complete within the required timeframe and without errors.
- Zimmermann’s P&P are adhere to at all times.
Requirements for Role of Retail Operations Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a fashion retail store.
- Currently based in the UAE.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
Arabic language would be an additional benefit for this role.
