The Replenishment Associate at Everyday Goods (flagship brand linked to  GMG) will be responsible in ensuring the availability of products on the sales floor. Candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining appropriate inventory levels, organizing merchandise and facilitating a smooth shopping experience for customers and involve coordinating with various departments to replenish stock efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

• Delivers effective customer service, adhering to established standards and guidelines to enhance sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Before store opening, they meticulously prepare their section for trading, upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards to create an inviting environment.
• Following FIFO principles, to display products prominently while promptly removing damaged/ expired items from shelves to maintain quality and safety.
• Coordinating with the warehouse team, they ensure a steady flow of stock to the selling area, replenishing merchandise according to display guidelines.
• The associate maintains personal hygiene standards and complies with the uniform policy to uphold professionalism.
• meticulously record waste or damaged goods for accurate stock management and pricing, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Functional and Technical Competencies: Attend and complete all the Mandatory Trainings Requirements by the Government Authorities and Company Operational Trainings.

Requirements for Role of Replenishment Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse operations is a plus.
