The selected candidate will be responsible to manage and deepen client relationships, providing bespoke financial solutions, and to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
Responsibilities of Relationship Manager
- The job holder drives mass acquisition strategies to drive sales. The job holder performs due diligence checks, credit analysis and provides ongoing support to clients.
- The job holder may handle many clients, often with relatively straightforward financing needs, and typically sells readily available products.
- The job holder is sales and results-oriented, adaptable to change and possesses the business acumen necessary to continually drive sales.
Role Requirements
The requirements for the job role of Relationship Manager at Emirates NBD are as under:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economic or in any related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Able to work well under pressure, including multi-tasking to balance their responsibilities.
- Able to handle challenges with poise and are able to overcome adversity to achieve their objectives.
