Duties as Registered Nurse Pediatric

• Administer infusions and monitor special equipment such as ventilators.
• Prioritize a busy work load which includes very ill patients.
• Communicate observations to the physician in the correct manner.

Education & Experience of Registered Nurse Pediatric

• Experience working in Paediatric Inpatient.
• Experience with ventilators/ventilated patient highly preferable.

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid DOH or DHA or MOH license as Registered Nurse.
• PALS certification highly preferable.
• Need to be certified in Paediatric Advanced Life Support.

Abilities & Knowledge

• Able to function effectively as will be facing emergencies and emergency life threatening situations.
• Knowledge on the medications, contraindications, effect and side effects, i.e. inotropic support, vasopressors and sedation.
• Have knowledge and be proficient with the use of EMR.
• Has knowledge on cardiac and respiratory monitor readings such as ECG and 02 saturations.
• Must be aware on JCIA international standards.
• Must be willing to work in Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi.
• Arabic language skills highly preferred.
