We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, screening applications, and working closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs efficiently.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to identify quality talent, and experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring expectations
- Coordinate and schedule virtual or in-person interviews
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Source candidates through various channels including networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
