Recruitment Executive at Al Masaood in Infiniti Showroom Building, Fatima Bint Mubarak Street (Formally Najda Street), PO Box 322, Abu Dhabi, UAE will support an on-going projects of recruitment, engage with business daily, develop recruitment plans, manage vendors and ensure aligned processes and approvals in tandem with group policies working closely with Recruitment Manager. A temporary role expected to last from 3- 6 months, with possibilities for further extension. This is an Intermediate level Contract (1 year) job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Recruitment Executive
- End to end recruitment process of sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, closure.
- Regular meetings with full business team to understand constantly changing landscape of recruitment needs and plans.
- Identify and agree on suitable vendors, provide viable recruitment solutions.
- Identify and work closely with vendors; ensure fairness of practices.
- Put business requirements first and have the ability to take suitable decisions.
- Strong exposure and knowledge of market practices and labor laws.
- Understand group practices and bridge the gap between group requirements and business practices.
- Lead discussions, participate in recruitment drives and engage in volume hiring.
- Participate in recruitment drives, do behavioral assessments and pass documents to administration for selected candidates.
- Work closely with Recruitment Manager on day-to-day plans, actions and progress.
- Develop progress reports and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
Requirements for Role of Recruitment Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years experience in labor recruitment.
