About the Recreation Receptionist role
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily recreation activities across beach, pool, and gym areas • Provide reception and front desk coverage during assigned shifts when required • Assist in gym operations, guest guidance, and equipment monitoring • Ensure safety compliance and support lifeguard duties (valid Beach Lifeguard license required) • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner • Support administrative tasks including preparing duty rosters, reporting, scheduling, and documentation • Maintain accurate records using HRIS. • Assist in organizing sports, leisure, and outdoor activities for guests. • Perform outdoor physical tasks and support setup/maintenance of recreation areas. • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of all recreation facilities.

CONFIDENTIALITY
• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dusit Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Valid Beach Lifeguard certification/license (mandatory). • Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service roles • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Familiarity with HRIS or basic system/data entry tools • Experience in guest handling and front office/reception duties • Physically fit and willing to perform outdoor and manual tasks • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
