Job Description

Receptionist at Transmed will answer visitors’ enquiries about Transmed and its products or services, direct visitors to their destinations, sort and hand out mail, answer incoming calls in order to ensure a smooth flow of information between external parties and employees. This is an Entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-6000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone in order to answer or refer their inquiries and directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Restricts access in case it violates any regulations in order to maintain company security.
  • Sorts & distributes external & internal mail in order to ensure proper delivery.
  • Books meeting rooms as requested to ensure their availability for specific meetings.
  • Prepares a monthly report indicating the purpose of each package sent with the attached bill to ensure proper documentation of expenses with the finance team.
  • Prepares and sends out product samples locally and internationally while ensuring a proper billing and delivery procedure.

Requirements for Role of Receptionist

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role.
