Job Description
Receptionist is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities of Receptionist
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Helping maintain workplace security by safeguarding reception area, in addition to maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, filing and supporting various departments as needed.
- Coordinating conference room bookings and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and well-equipped for use.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, screening/ routing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Handling mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Required skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle client interactions and professional correspondence. English and Arabic proficiency
- Proficiency in using office software and email etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing appointments and office tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage pressure efficiently.
