Responsibilities
- Answer phones and welcome visitors with clear information.
- Offer drinks and show guests to the right offices.
- Deliver documents or messages around the office quickly.
- Keep the reception area clean and safe.
- Help HR or others with copying, filing, or storing papers.
- Sort and send mail, track packages with a logbook.
- Answer simple questions from people about the company.
- Log outgoing international phone calls.
- Use fax machines or pack mail when asked.
- Update visitor lists or appointment schedules.
- Do other tasks as told by the boss.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma in any subject is required.
Experience
No experience needed; 1-2 years in an office job helps.
