QAQC Manager Full-time

Guildhall is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QAQC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a prestigious building and villas construction project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project adheres to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while effectively coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project’s QAQC plans, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and international best practices.

• Supervise, monitor, and enforce quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, from design to completion.

• Coordinate with the client, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure satisfaction.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential quality risks and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality records, and certificates of compliance.

• Oversee testing and commissioning processes, ensuring all materials and work comply with contractual specifications and standards.

• Prepare and maintain regular QAQC reports for stakeholders, highlighting key issues, actions, and resolutions.

• Lead and train the QAQC team to ensure a high level of competency in quality control activities.

• Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards and specifications.

• Address non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow through with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a QAQC Manager or in a similar quality control role in the construction industry, particularly in building and villas projects.

• Hands-on experience with site inspections, testing, and quality control in large-scale construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and quality management systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Prior experience in Dubai or the UAE construction market is a plus.
