Job Description

NAFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Purchase Coordinator in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 2500-3500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Job Description of Purchase Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies.
  • Research and identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure compliance with budget and project timelines.
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other sales/Purchase support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
