Presently they are looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of Property Consultant at multiple location in UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai).
Responsibilities of Property Consultant
- Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management.
- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM.
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials.
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
- Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements for Role of Property Consultant
- Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent).
- 1-2 years sales experience within sales experience in UAE real estate.
- A valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation is a must.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication.
- Negotiation skills.
- A solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations in UAE.
Salary
The company offers an attractive salary package of 7000 to 12000 AED, which will be negotiable during interview.
