PROJECT SURVEYOR Full-time

Responsible for implementing policies and procedures for effective and efficient functioning of the project survey team on site.

• Responsible for reporting all survey activities via the Weekly Survey Report to the Chief Surveyor and Project management.
• Responsible for Providing the Site Team with the required project progress information on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The progress is presented in volume sheets, drawings and/or cross-sections.
• Responsible to ensure HSE requirements are observed in the execution of all survey activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Land / Hydrographic Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of project surveying experience on dredging, reclamation or marine construction projects.
• Proficiency with Trimble / Leica GPS, total station, multi-beam echo sounders and HYPACK / QINSy software.
• Good written and spoken English; willing to work site rotations.
